Special Shipping Requests: we are happy to accomodate any special shipping request.

Special Orders: Certain in-stock items may require 5-8 business days for delivery. These special orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands). For more information, please check the your order confirmation email.

Returns & Replacements
Your purchase and satisfaction is guanateed. If you received an item that you are not satisfied with, we will make the return process simple and hassle free. You must have an approved Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning any items purchased through our site. An RMA # may be obtained simply by emailing, calling or writing us anytime. We are here to serve you, our valued customer and will ensure that you receive the right product for your specific project. We do however, reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
